Example timetable

This article provides an example of how a two hour event will roughly run in terms of time management.
This example of a 2hr event would run from 7pm to 9pm, with prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place plus mini-games.  Because it is impossible to predict exactly how long it takes for a winner (or winners) to be found, the game length will vary, so may be faster or slower than indicated.  This is just an example to provide an idea.  You can compensate the variable time by selecting different bingo conditions (see resources) to have a longer or shorter game, or by making break times longer or shorter.

  • 6:45 – 7:00 - Hand out markers and round 1 card explaining bingo for new players, and bingo winning conditions.

  • 7:00 – 7:25 - Round 1:  3 winners (1st, 2nd and 3rd place)

  • 7:25 – 7:40 – Mini game 1.  Hand out cards for round 2, explain winning condition.

  • 7:40 – 8:05 – Round 2:  3 winners (1st, 2nd and 3rd place)

  • 8:05 – 8:20 – Mini game 2.  Hand out cards for round 3, explain winning condition.

  • 8:20 – 8:45 – Round 3:  3 winners (1st, 2nd and 3rd place)

  • 8:45 – 9:00 – Mini game 3.  Collect markers.  Event concludes.

For more information on how to keep within the time allowed, see the game variations article.  If your events goes slightly longer or shorter than you plan, don't lose any sleep over it.
