How is your music bingo different from other providers?
There are several differences between us and other services which we have tried and tested to provide higher levels of enjoyment. For example, our bingo playlists are created by DJ’s with over 20 years of experience, so the songs used are chosen because they are highly popular and enjoyable. We don’t just choose random songs to make as many playlists as possible, we focus more on quality rather than quantity. In addition, our game playlists usually have less songs in them than others. This is done intentionally so that players cards fill faster creating more excitement, rather than let an individual game run for an extended period when there are way too many songs in the playlist. Larger playlists are available in the members section, but should be used primarily for large events with 100 players or more. The short answer is we aim to improve the experience for players with more engaging music and more excitement.
The prices are in AUD, does that mean I have to be based in Australia to subscribe to the service?
No. We are an Australian company so invoicing is done in AUD and includes GST for Australian customers, but because we are an online service you could be based anywhere in the world with an internet connection. You may need to check your exchange rates for accurate pricing in your country.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. We have no lock in contracts or anything similar, you simply pay as you go, so if you decide to cancel your service then you just let us know and we will remove your membership. We are unable to refund any amounts already paid, even if you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. We recommend starting with a basic subscription paying month to month as a trial, which you can stop at any time to make sure you are happy with the service, before committing to an annual subscription.
How do I subscribe to the service?
To begin a membership subscription, head to our SIGN-UP page to let us know which service you would like, and the necessary details required. Once we have received your request, we will have your first invoice emailed to you for payment. After this is completed, you will be added to our service with your nominated email as your login and you will receive an invite link to create your login password. After this you will be fully setup as a member!
What equipment do I need to host an event?
Because we provide all the resources online, all you need is a device (laptop, tablet, phone etc) with internet access, and a sound system or speaker to connect this device to. Most venues have an existing system to utilise, or you can provide your own sound setup or portable Bluetooth speaker for any that don’t. Access to a microphone is recommended to engage with your audience but certainly not essential. Bingo cards require printing so you will need print services available.
What age groups is music bingo suitable for?
Because music exists for all ages, music bingo can also be suitable for all ages. We have in our collection various games suitable for different age groups or those with varying interests including kids where games exist such as modern hits and Disney songs. There are even playlists designed specifically towards families with a combination of older songs and more modern music to encourage collaboration for families with members of different ages.
Who is a membership suitable for?
There are many types of people that a membership is suitable for. A pub or social club of any kind may wish to host their own music bingo nights and create a subscription. Entertainment providers such as trivia companies or mobile DJ’s may wish to add music bingo to their entertainment services for hire and start a membership. Even educational institutions may wish to utilise a membership for entertainment purposes.
How can I find out more details on how to run an event?
In our members section, there is a dedicated section for hosts to use providing lots of information on how to run an event and suggestions on the most effective ways to host. The information is also available anytime for members and easy to print if preferred to quickly refer to at events. Running a music bingo event is very simple and once you have run it once or twice, it will be much easier for you. The best way to learn is by jumping in and giving it a try!
Is there a limit to the amount of games I can run?
No. Once you are a subscribed member, you have unlimited use of the members area so can essentially run as many games as you like as often as you like with no limits.
Can I use the service to host a ‘one-off’ special event?
Absolutely! We provide two free games that are available for use with no membership required. You simply need to head to the ‘FREE games’ section of our website to use them. If you have a larger event requiring more than two games, then you can request a basic subscription opting for monthly payments and then cancel it immediately after your event.
What if I am hosting a one-off special event with more than 100 players?
Feel free to CONTACT us and we will work with you to make a special arrangement to have the benefits of a deluxe membership temporarily, assisting you with planning and hosting your event which can be customised to you. For these events, consolidated bingo cards can be highly helpful. This means that all the bingo rounds for the event are included on one sheet of paper, so you simply print out the cards you need on A4 paper and give them to players with no cutting of cards needed, and no need to hand out bingo cards for all rounds like a normal game.
What if we need support or assistance?
We can be contacted via email anytime with a dedicated member support section in our members area and generally respond within 24 hours for support. Deluxe members receive priority for support and are also able to request zoom meetings with us for consultation or training sessions. For general enquiries, simply head to our CONTACT page to reach us.
Can I change my membership level?
You sure can! You can increase to a higher or lower membership tier at any time and the changes will take place at the start of your next billing cycle. We recommend starting at a basic level with a monthly subscription to make sure you are happy with the service before committing to an annual subscription in a higher tier. Moving to a lower tier won’t take effect until your annual subscription expires at the conclusion of your billing cycle.
Can I use my own marketing and branding on the bingo resources?
Yes you can. With a basic membership, our own marketing (logo and website) is included on the standard bingo cards. With a professional membership we can change the logo to yours promoting your business whilst our website remains. A deluxe membership allows you to have your own logo, website and any other available customisations you would like made to your bingo cards to truly promote your business. You simply need to contact us to make these customisation requests, and we will have them prepared for you.
